We do not collect, store, or transmit your PDF files or stamp images. PDF Stamp Tool operates entirely within your browser. All PDF processing and stamp rendering happens locally on your device using client-side JavaScript. Your documents never leave your computer.
When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive and store the following profile information from Google: your name, email address, and profile picture. This data is used solely to identify your account and associate your stamp preferences.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate your identity via Google OAuth.
- To save and retrieve your stamp image names across sessions (stored on our server as a convenience).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
User account data (name, email, profile picture, stamp filenames) is stored in a SQLite database on our server. We implement reasonable security measures to protect this data. PDF documents and stamp images are never uploaded to any server.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We may use browser local storage to cache your authentication token for session persistence. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Google OAuth for authentication. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles your data during the sign-in process.
6. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, all personally identifiable information associated with your account will be removed from our database.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

By accessing or using PDF Stamp Tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PDF Stamp Tool is a web-based utility that allows users to apply image stamps to PDF documents. All processing is performed locally in the user's browser. The Service also offers optional Google account authentication to persist stamp preferences.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of documents you process using the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
The PDF Stamp Tool interface, code, and design are the intellectual property of the Service owners. You retain full ownership of all documents and images you upload or process. The pdf-lib library used by the Service is distributed under the MIT License.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stamp output will meet your specific requirements. Use the Service at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or document corruption.
7. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such actions.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your stored account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
